Ebsary Foundation Company has developed a safety culture based on leadership, work ethic and attention to detail. Today, these fundamental core values continue to be an integral part of our culture by implementing effective, safe work practices within our construction management process. We understand that our line of work has high risk exposure. Mitigation of this risk requires effective pre-planning, active implementation and management accountability.  At a minimum, our employees undergo a rigorous four-year apprenticeship training program, administered by local Unions, which includes OSHA 10- and 30-hour construction industry  training.  Ebsary continues to lead in both the marine and heavy civil construction industries.  Our consistently low Experience Modification Rate demonstrates our pride and commitment to a successful Health and Safety Program.
