Residential and Specialty Piling
 Ebsary Foundation Co. has many skilled equipment mechanics and over the years they devised a piece of equipment to aid in the installation of auger cast piling in tight quarters. The device is referred to affectionately as the "JITTERBUG" is a an adopted backhoe with the auger cast piling equipment mounted on the boom. With this device, the Company can set up and remove the equipment from a jobsite quicker than with a crane. The JITTERBUG is especially good at installing auger cast piling for residences or any other location where it is not practical to set up a crane. This house has been raised using hydraulic jacks. Under the house, Ebsary Foundation Co. personnel installed pin piles using a specialized tractor to drive the pilings into the ground. After the installation of the pilings, the house was lowered onto the new foundation.
