Auger cast piling
A hydraulic auger is mounted on vertical guides and a hole is drilled into the ground. As the auger is pulled out of the ground, concrete is pumped into the hole. A rebar rod is then inserted into the concrete.

 

 

 

 

A unique machine that uses the mobility of a backhoe with a auger cast rig mounted on the boom. Ability to squeeze into small areas and drill auger cast piling. Uses same process as auger cast piling. This machine is very flexible and has many uses.

Residential piling

Prestress piling

Using a pile driving hammer, a precast piling is driven into the ground to a desired depth and is then cut at the proper grade. Since 1922, the Company has installed many thousands of prestress piles.

Steel sheet piling

Steel sheet piling is driven into the ground using a vibrating hammer. Uses include cofferdams, retaining walls and bulkheads.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Specialty Piling
Ebsary Foundation Co. separates itself from the competition by employing innovative construction techniques. In this application, a small tractor is used to install pin piles as a foundation of a residence. This is one example of many solutions that the Company uses to solve construction problems.
